Zeenah Vilcassim is set to head the global marketing charge for DailyObjects as the India-born, design-led lifestyle brand makes its way into new international markets.
To that end, the company has named Vilcassim its Global Chief Marketing Officer. The move, which was made public on 24 September 2026, is part of an effort to put a stronger leadership team in place for what lies ahead. In this capacity, Vilcassim will be responsible for the strategy behind the DailyObjects brand and how it is communicated around the world, building on the ground the company has already covered in India.
Zeenah Vilcassim to Lead DailyObjects’ Global Marketing Strategy
Under her direction, the firm’s international expansion will be driven across a portfolio of design-led offerings, from technology essentials and workspace items to carry and everyday products. It is a role that calls for a mix of market-specific storytelling, brand strategy and consumer insight.
“We are moving into our next chapter and we want to put in place a brand that resonates with consumers no matter where they are,” said Pankaj Garg, Co-Founder and CEO of DailyObjects. He pointed to Vilcassim’s background in consumer behaviour and her time at both fast-growing and established global companies as key assets.
For her part, Vilcassim noted the company’s ambition to take its India origins to a global stage. “DailyObjects has put forward a very distinctive lifestyle proposition by virtue of how we approach design and our grasp of the contemporary consumer,” she said.

From Nothing to Bacardi: The Experience Behind Vilcassim’s New Role
Vilcassim comes to the position with over 17 years’ worth of experience in brand building and market expansion in such places as the US, Europe, China, the Middle East and India. Her most recent posting was leading marketing for Nothing in India. Prior to that she was at Zomato Live (now District by Zomato) as CEO, having built the business up from scratch; her LinkedIn also has her down as “Building Blinkit” since December 2024.
Her resume includes a stint as CMO at Bacardi India between April 2021 and August 2023, overseeing the portfolio there and in neighbouring countries, and as Global Brand Director for Dewar’s Whisky where she was involved in product innovation and international strategy. Before all of that, she held positions at Ernst & Young, Mindshare, Vivid Economics and Protein UK.
DailyObjects Takes Its India-Born Brand to Global Markets
The timing of the appointment coincides with DailyObjects putting its first international showing in at IFA Berlin 2026 to make inroads with retail and distribution partners abroad. An alumnus of the University of Edinburgh with a Master of Arts in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, Vilcassim has been recognised by IMPACT and The Drum for her work in the industry and has spoken at the London School of Economics. With her at the helm of global marketing, DailyObjects is well placed to realise its goal of an India-born brand with an international following.
